Jeff Bezos

He is the founder of Amazon.com. He was born on January 12, 1964, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States. His biological father is Ted Jorgensen and his mother’s name is Jacqueline Boye Jorgensen. His mother divorced his father and married Miguel Bezos. After their marriage, Miguel Bees legally adopted Jeff. The family later moved to Houston, Texas.

Bezos enrolled in River Oaks Primary School in Houston from fourth to sixth grade. He then attended Miami Palmetto Senior Senior High School. Jeff Bezos attended the Student Science Training Program at the University of Florida and was awarded a Silver Knight in 1982. He graduated from high school as a validation scientist.

In 1982, he entered Princeton University, where he studied computers. In June 1984, he took a summer job as a programmer in Norway, and the following year he developed an IBM program in California. He served as president of the Princeton Students in Space Exploration and Development. He graduated in 1986 with a degree in Science and Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.

In 2008, Benos was awarded an honorary doctorate in Science and Technology from Carnegie Mellon University. Fortunately, he was named Businessman of the Year the following year. Harvard Business Review named him the world’s second-best CEO. He is currently the richest man in the world.
